I built BuildWell because I believe good People Operations should make work easier, not add more layers to it.

Throughout my career in HR and People Operations, I’ve been drawn to the work behind the scenes: creating structure where there wasn’t any, improving processes that no longer worked, building tools managers could actually use, and turning scattered ways of working into systems people could rely on.

Over time, I saw the same challenge across growing organizations. The business evolves quickly, but the People infrastructure doesn’t always evolve with it. Processes live in someone’s head. Managers create their own workarounds. Documentation falls behind. And what worked for a smaller team becomes harder to sustain as the organization grows.

That’s why I created BuildWell People Co.

I help growing organizations step back, understand what isn’t working, and build practical People Operations infrastructure around what they actually need. My approach isn’t about adding process for the sake of process. It’s about creating clear, thoughtful systems that support employees, equip managers, and make the organization easier to operate.

The goal is simple: build it well, make it usable, and leave your team with something that lasts.
